Management Team
H. River Brown grew up in Northern California, and after high school went south to UC Santa Barbara where he studied Economics & Communication. After graduation, he worked with Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as a leader of a wealth management team. The 2008 market crash had River reassess and he went back to school for his MBA with an emphasis in Environmental Studies. In the next decade, River helped install solar for the San Diego Padres, SF 49ers, and many non-profits. River's management experience is diverse in leading small to large size teams with the likes of SunPower and Trina.
Jesse Nortman grew up in Woodbury, NY, and after high school went to study finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. After graduation, Jesse started his own business in the career services/event space. After a successful exit in January of 2020, Jesse moved to Southern California and entered the solar business with ADT Solar. Jesse consistently finished in the top 3 in the entire country as a sales rep, eventually getting promoted all the way up to Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the most sales in the entire country (70-120 sales per month).
Brandon Rich has over 15 years of experience in corporate sustainability strategy, brand storytelling, global brand building, and executive sales management of $130 million with VF Corporation (VFC). Brandon has co-founded multiple purpose driven startups that have been recognized in the likes of GQ, Outside Magazine, Oprah’s List, and Vimeo Staff Picks. During NEM 2.0 in Southern California, Brandon was a top performing Home Energy Consultant for ADT Solar. Through the San Diego Diplomacy Council and the US State Department, Brandon is a speaker and advisor for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI).
